Please read our terms and conditions before purchasing from our trade only online shop.

• Carriage paid on all orders over £150 (ex VAT and UK delivery only)
• A delivery charge of £6 (ex VAT) will be added to all UK orders below £150 (ex VAT)
• Proforma for all first orders and 30 days net thereafter
• All international orders must be paid for in advance on DAP terms.
• Lead-time is 1-3 days on all items in stock for UK deliveries.
• Lead-time on most international deliveries will be 5-10 working days. We will notify you directly if there are any further delays.
• For customers who have placed an order on out of stock items, we will liaise with you directly to advise when stock will be ready.
• In the unlikely event that an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt.
